Shipping policy

Order Processing Times
Our orders are processed within 3 business days. During seasonal times like Black Friday and Christmas, order processing can take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

Shipping Times
We ship from our warehouse in Thailand via Thailand Post. The delivery process usually takes around 7-21 days; however, there might be some delay depending on the post office and destination.

Responsibility
Once the package is shipped via Thailand Post, our responsibility is to ensure the package is sent to the postal service. Any delays due to Thailand Post or your Local Post are beyond our control.

If a package is lost, and we receive confirmation from Thailand Post regarding the loss, we will resend the package to you. Please note that the process of confirming a lost package may take up to 4 weeks.

Package Inspection
We encourage you to take a video every time before opening a package. In case the product is damaged during shipping, having video evidence will help us resolve the issue immediately. If there is no video evidence, we may deny requests made without enough proof. Please contact us for a suitable solution first. If no solution can be reached, we may need to open a case with Etsy. This policy is in place to protect both you and us.
